Desde Rinne, el principal centro comercial de Rovaniemi, comenzamos nuestro recorrido hacia Artikum, el centro de ciencias y museo de la ciudad.

Nuestro paseo continúa hasta lo que se conoce como «el mejor lugar para ver la aurora boreal dentro de la ciudad». A continuación, cruzamos al otro lado para visitar «la mejor chimenea para hacer una barbacoa», un lugar muy apreciado entre los lugareños.

Hacemos una parada aquí de 10 minutos.
A continuación, avanzamos por la orilla del río Kemijoki, la arteria vital de la ciudad, hasta llegar al punto medio entre los dos puentes principales que conectan las dos partes de la ciudad.

Seguimos adelante para disfrutar de unas impresionantes vistas de la iglesia principal de Rovaniemi y hacemos una parada en el Angry Birds Park, una divertida atracción para todas las edades.

A continuación, giramos en la rotonda del Hostel Café Koti para atravesar su avenida peatonal más concurrida, Koskikatu. Por el camino, conocerás los bares, restaurantes y cafeterías más populares del centro de la ciudad.

Al llegar al final de Koskikatu, nos encontramos de nuevo en Rinne y el recorrido termina con la sensación de que Rovaniemi es un lugar conocido y fácil de recorrer, con una gran oferta para todos los gustos.

Great tour with Mario

We really enjoyed the tour with Mario and can highly recommend it. We walked around the city, grilled sausages and marshmallows and Mario even brought his drone and took great shots of our group. We had a lot of fun and a great time in Rovaniemi ????????

Great!!

Very good tour. Mario took us to places that only locals in Rovaniemi visit, to a shelter or kota off the typical tourist circuit. There he lit a fire for us, and we roasted marshmallows surrounded by local people who were enjoying the day outdoors. My 10-year-old son really enjoyed the moment, eating them and playing with a sled that a kind Finnish lady lent him. He told us about the city's three bridges, and we spent time at the Angry Birds Park so that the tour was also enjoyable for the child. The visit to the church was interesting as well. I want to highlight Mario's good attitude in adapting to the characteristics of our group, the child's age, and for taking the time to capture photos of every moment so that we have them as memories. I also want to mention that Mario speaks Spanish very well!! Thank you, Mario!!

Rovaniemi in December

The tour of Rovaniemi with (Super) Mario was a real treat. I’m sorry we didn’t have time to do this tour on the first day of our visit, because we got so much useful information about the city, restaurants, cafés, museums, the sunset, and more. Amazing tour of Rovaniemi

We had a tour of Rovaniemi with Mario. Right from the start, the guide made it informative, enjoyable, and engaging. He was so attentive to everyone, making sure everyone got a photo and a chance to ask a question. We had a 2-hour tour planned, but he went the extra mile to show more than was initially planned.
