Disappointed at the end

The tour itself was good, the young men was quite informative,. At the end of the tour we handed him a tip he looked offended and told us we should have given him 600. When we looked at the amount of what we had to give him we had given him above what was recommended. So then we walked away feeling offended also . We gave him $350.000 more then the recommended amount

Learn the true history of Vietnam

In this intimate tour (just two of us), our tour guide Duc was showing us the true history, the vulnerability and the resilience of this beautiful city. We admire his energy and his honesty and knowledge. We enjoy every second of it. Thank you Duc. We highly recommend this free walking tour.

Absolutely worth it

Nghi and Duke (I dont remember how to spell it, sorry!) were fantastic. We asked them about a thousand questions and they answered all of them very competently. We felt like we got a good overview on the Vietnam war and a look into the countrys general history and culture. We visited the bunker, the burning monk statue, the independence palace and the war museum (outside) plus a couple of extra stops. They both spoke english really well and were obviously super educated. In total we were super happy with the tour and would absolutely recommend it!

Amazing guide

My guide Nghi was really friendly and knowledgeable. I was the only one on the tour but he still walked me around very interesting spots and explained a lot of history and important milestones in the history of Vietnam.
